BOZEMAN, MT — Bridger Photonics (Bridger) announced today the appointment of Bruno Gama as Regional Director – Europe, a move that positions the company to execute operations across multiple European countries in 2026 and beyond.
The appointment comes amid accelerating global growth for Bridger, which will expand into its 15th country by the end of the year. Operators across new regions are increasingly welcoming the availability of Bridger's trusted technology in their markets, drawn to its ability to deliver consistent, defensible emissions data across all assets, seasons, and locations.
The appointment comes as Europe enters a pivotal phase in methane emissions management. OGMP 2.0 reporting requirements and tightening EU methane regulations are pushing operators toward more frequent, more defensible emissions measurement, a shift that puts Bridger's technology directly in the path of regional demand.
Gama brings more than 20 years of experience scaling technology companies globally. In his new role, he will lead Bridger's European strategy, customer partnerships, and operational execution as the company scales its presence across the continent.
"Europe is one of the most important regions for the future of emissions management," said Joel Baller, COO of Bridger Photonics. "Bruno's technical depth, commercial and international experience will help operators adopt trusted, scalable emissions intelligence as regulatory expectations evolve. This appointment reflects how seriously we're building out our European footprint heading into the second half of 2026. "
"Europe is at the forefront of the global shift toward accurate, defensible methane emissions measurement," said Gama. "Bridger's LiDAR technology and advanced analytics set the benchmark, and I'm excited to expand our partnerships and impact across the continent."
